Our villa features a luxurious jacuzzi and a refreshing pool, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Faliraki or enjoying a peaceful evening with family and friends. To ensure everyone has a safe and pleasant experience, please follow the important guidelines below.

• The jacuzzi temperature must be set to a maximum of 27°C to avoid the water being too hot and ensure comfortable relaxation.
• We cannot be held responsible for burns caused by hot water, so please always check the temperature before use.
• Children under 18 years old must be supervised by an adult when using the jacuzzi or pool.
• No diving is allowed in the pool or jacuzzi to prevent accidents and ensure everyone’s safety.

We also offer cleaning services for the jacuzzi and pool, available every Tuesday and Saturday from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene during your stay.
